Instructions
  1. In a small pot, add water and heat to boiling. Add 2 cups of pounded yam flour to the water
  2. Use a wooden spoon to stir the yam powder till it becomes smooth and thick. Add small amounts of water while stirring to keep the yam soft.
  3. Spoon the pounded yam into a flat dinner plate and form a small round mound on the plate.
