Garri (Eba)
Garri is enjoyed with many different soups including egusi and okro soup.

Instructions
- Boil water in a small pot, turn the heat off and add the dried garri to the pot till all the water is absorbed.
- Use a wooden spoon to stir the garri till it is smooth.
- Spoon the garri into a flat dinner plate and form a small round mound on the plate.
