Instructions
  1. Boil water in a small pot, turn the heat off and add the dried garri to the pot till all the water is absorbed.
  2. Use a wooden spoon to stir the garri till it is smooth.
  3. Spoon the garri into a flat dinner plate and form a small round mound on the plate.
